WHO Weekly Feature
WHO Magazine ran a 12 week competition for people who had constantly battled weight issues to team up with a personal trainer, and Trish was chosen from over 300 personal trainers in Adelaide.
The results were outstanding - Jodie lost 14kg, starting at 94kg and BMI of 34.9 to reach 80kg and BMI of 29.7 by the end of the 12 week challenge.
To quote Jodie “Before and After” from the article (click on the image for full size), she said, “I have had many ups and down in trying to keep my yo-yo weight from getting out of control…” to “Now, when I look in the mirror, I say ‘Oh my God!’ I have to wear belts and even they’re getting too small. I can keep up with everyone now, before I couldn’t even get off the couch.” She also says along with personal training, nutrition was the key to her success.
